BBOT integration

We have recently integrated our online ordering system BBOT, with our square. We have an item that gives you the option between ordering it HOT, MEDIUM MILD, SPICE ON THE SIDE. However, when customers scan the QR code, select this item, the order in which the options appear are MEDIUM, HOT, MILD, SPICE ON THE SIDE. That is confusing to customers. Any tips on how to fix this?

not knowing how that system works but have you tried this trick maybe as  it might help since its only switching 2 spots and im guessing you want it in order as to how hot each one would be

 

 

i would type in it as MEDIUM, HOT, MILD, SPICE ON THE SIDE  , then maybe it will put the item in the order you want  and reverse the first 2 the way you wanted it showing
