Block out a certain time slot on a particular day for an individual. The easiest way we do it, is to just make an appointment for that employee. Usually make an appointment as vacation or sick Its quick, easy, and we get a reminder when its coming up. To block out a certain day for entire business, for instance memorial day, I believe you can only do that on the full site.
