Sorry for the frustration @Touched-by-Denn!

When you create a service, the location of that service is determined by the member(s) of staff associated with the service. To assign a staff member to a location:

  1. Navigate to the Staff section of your online Appointments Dashboard.
  2. Click on name of a staff member.
  3. Click Manage Staff Locations to set their hours at each location.
  4. Scroll down and select the services that can be booked online with this member of staff.

This Product Update has more information about using Square Appointments at mutliple locations.

I hope this helps bu tif you have any other questions please let me know!

Welcome to the seller community and thanks for bringing this up, @Luminous1!

It sounds like you're well on your way. In order to assign the correct services (items) to a location, head over to your Item Library > select appropriate item > Locations > check the appropriate location where the item/service is available > Save.

Hope this is on track with what you're needing to do—if you have any questions or if I'm missing the mark, please let us know. Happy to take another look! 🎯

I am having a similar issue when trying to set up services in two locations under appointments. I need to book services such as a waxing or facial appointments in one location and a room rental appointments in anther location. This would be two completly different menus, one for each location.

How do I select different locations on the square appointments app? I can only see one location even though I have all 3 locations enabled. Please help!
