Appointments: How do I set up an employee with their own log in?
The title of this thread has been edited from the original: employee
I have an employee who has access to the company Square account with her own email and pw. However, when she accesses with that information Square comes up as a new account. She cannot see calendar. Basically wants her to sign up for a square service. How do I give her limited access and the ability to update her calendar with the company appointments?

@tamarasskincare If your employee used Square for their own individual account in the past, or to take payments as Mobile Staff you'll need to as them to provide a different email address in order set them up.
When she has provided you with a different email address you can create a staff member profile for her. If you give her the Service Provider role she'll have limited access to the app and she'll be able to manage her own calendar. You might also give her the permission to Access Dashboard so she can manage her calendar from a computer.
