Add Tracking AFTER order completed

Is there a way to add a tracking number (from shipping) to an order AFTER it has already been marked as completed?

It seems that you are trying to reopen an already completed or marked as shipped order? 

 

If so, this would be considered a feature request at this time, @Thevioletfox
