Tablet not showing the Square icon even though it's downloaded?

There is no Square app icon on my tablet screen. The google play store says that it is downloaded, and when i click "open" from the plays store it opens the app, but there is no icon on the desktop for me to select and open directly. What should I do to get an icon?

This sounds odd. If it opens from the Play Store it should be somewhere on your tablet.

I wonder if it's in a folder instead of on the main screens.
