My website is not charging for shipping even after setting it up.

How do I get my store to activate the shipping I set up? I have a flat rate plus a few variables but my store just keeps giving everyone free shipping. Yay for them. Not so much for me. Help!

We should be able to help make sure your online store is set up to charge customers for shipping, @rachelbmusic! Could you please share the link to your online store so we can take a look ourselves?

Once an address has been entered on the checkout screen, the charge for shipping should appear in the Order Summary section, underneath the subtotal of the checkout screen. Happy to take a peek if you aren't seeing the shipping charge here!

Do you have any requirements for the shipping rules you have set - like a dollar amount or weight? 
 

Is the shipping not showing at all or just your variable rates? 

I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
