IS THERE A HOW TO  VIDEO FOR THE DROP DOWN CALENDAR? I NEVER CAN SELECT THE PERIOD I NEED ...IT NEVER WORKS SO  I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING WRONG.  I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE. HELP! 🙂

Hey @bmb2.  It is not awful, and screaming at us here with all caps doesn’t help things.  I’m going to attach a video of how to do it.  I agree there might be an easier way, but this isn’t all that bad for reports that we rarely run.

 

Basically there are two ways to do this

 

  1. use the left arrow at the date picker window to go to January 1 and select it, then use the right arrow to go to December and pick the 31st.
  2. Key in the beginning and ending date at the bottom of the date picker.

It’s just that easy.  Again, see the video (it might take 15-30 minutes for video to upload).
