Square for retail orders

On the feature comparison for square for retail (https://squareup.com/gb/en/point-of-sale/retail/pricing) it has "New order creation" can anyone give me some detail on what exactly this is?

The reason I ask is because I was hoping we could do orders via the POS of out of stock items or the few items we do that are customised by our suppliers as per the customers requirements.

I had a search over on the US sites & found this in the community & this in the support section. 

It seems that it’s a feature that lets you create an order as if it were placed online with either an arranged pick up or delivery.
