Exporting Transaction Information

Hi,

Is anyone else unable to export transaction information and the vendor sales report? I use these to import sales in to my finance system as an linking options are terrible, information is always incorrectly transferred, and doesn't mean specific needs like report 'Sale or Return' items to suppliers etc. There also seems to be no custom date setting.

Hi @Robert63, you should definitely be able to export using a Chromebook. What happens when you try to export? Can you share a screenshot as @nell_a suggested, please? This will allow us to better diagnose the issue.

Hi @k_atie you can see above that I have data to export however the export always comes out corrupted on the CSV files...

Is there a particular error you're getting when trying to download these reports? 

I'm not sure I fully understand if there's an issue here or if you are looking for some additional information within the reports themselves 

I downloaded a copy of my Vendor Report which can be edited to a custom date, I'll leave some images below. 

If you can reply back with some additional details, I can assist further.

Hi @philip-l I just saw your comment on another post and realised I believe this was due to an issue we had with some of our services over the weekend which should now be resolved.

Hi @Robert63 

This is something I have noticed and for a while, I thought there was no solution.... but there is!

All you need to do is click FILE > SAVE AS GOOGLE SHEETS. This will convert it from a CSV into a Google Sheets file and hey presto your data is visible.

Let me know if it works, or doesn't work for you.
