My square reader will not show up on my Bluetooth to even attempt to pair or connect after selecting forget this device due to it not pairing but will on other phones

how can I get the device visible on Bluetooth again in order to pair up?

I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community! I'm sorry that trouble has brought you here! When you have a moment, please give your Square Reader a reset:

1. Hold the button on the bottom of the reader for 15 seconds.
2. When you see 4 red lights, release the button. The light will flash orange first, so make sure you keep holding the buttons tile they're red.
3. Tap on the button one time to get green lights.

Next, go back into the settings in the Square app to pair your reader anew.
