SQUARE integration with MEV-WEB QUEBEC for Restaurants

Am I the only one looking for an alternative to Square in Quebec now ? I own a grocery/restaurant and actually, we use a platform(mev.quebec) linking Square to the physical MEV. In May 2025, the MEV is going to be Cloud hosted. I contacted Square twice about those modifications, and they can't give an answer to that, so I am now assuming they won't make those modifications to their code.

That mean you won't be able to sell food using Square anymore in Quebec.

That is pretty sad and ironic in my case... since they just named my business (Lili et Gordo) on SQUARE 50 list, but we now have to leave SQUARE because they won't support Restaurants in Quebec anymore.

I will have to change POS, Fidelity, Gift Card, Time Sheet, Web ordering etc... 👎

I'm sorry to hear our Support Team wasn't able to assist with your query. I understand how frustrating it would be to lose access to valuable tools for your restaurant and grocery store.

I've escalated your issue internally and I'm happy to report that Square has a Web-MEV compliant partner solution with MYR. Someone should have reached out to you to provide more information, but let me know if not !

I already talked with Charles Champagne form MYR and he told me they are not integrated with the WEB-MEV.

Can you double check the information please.
