Zero balance

I had an online transaction for an item I sold. It went through on the customer side but my balance still shows zero.

Hello @Juggernaut561 thanks for your post. Where are you looking for your balance? You should be able to see your balance on your account dashboard. On the left side, scroll down to find Banking > Balance. Your funds may not be immediately available, but if you see it on your transaction list, it should be available according to your transfer schedule; You can set up your transfer schedule here in your settings:

Settings > Account and Settings > Business Information > Transfers.

 

This is where you can specify a transfer schedule to receive money depositing into your bank account. I hope this helps answer your question.
