When does a client's payment get received??
Emailed an "invoice reminder" to a client's manager because I hadn't received a payment. She responded by saying, "Payment was sent out today." How quickly should I be able to see if they've paid?
She e-mailed me yesterday (Friday) at 8pm so was wondering if things just don't get processed til' Monday.
It's been a mess trying to reach out and get them to pay so wanted to check if maybe there's a weekend delay or if maybe they actually haven't paid!

full payments of invoices are instant, deposits are different and I don't know exactly how they show up.
Without seeing your account I would say they didn't pay it online, but if they said payment was sent out today that implies to me the old the checks in the mail saying and doesn't say to me that they paid online.
