What website platform should I use for a plant nursery?

I cant choose between the Retail, Restaurant, or services since all of those have some features that I want. For example, The retail would be nice to get orders online, even on social media platforms, custom features, and  both in-store and online sides of your operation in sync. The problem is that i would not be able to ship out plants just yet since I just started; thus, shipping plants are tricky. Restaurants would be good for items from my Square POS right into Square Online to quickly create a mobile-ready ordering page, streamline ordering, and pickup. i would not be able to do delivery since small orders would not be worth it the customer or for me since of gas prices or even using a delivery service unless its high end clients nor would I need to use my pos to relay to printers since i could do it digitally. Services has a website i can create quickly, Not just a site feature, appointment booking, highlight offering, Instagram features. I would need more than appointment booking, showing off work with Instagram since Facebook would help me better at this point of time to get local customers, and I still would not be able to ship products at this point of time. From which one would be chosen, would a free, professional, or performance payment  plan would be worth it? I know performance gives really good benefits and is affordable. I just have no idea what to choose.

Yeah, this is a very complicated decision @PhytaSeedlings. The good thing is that you can try and use these services for free and if there is one that has better features than the other you could then subscribe to the Plus tier for that particular one.

you can do retail and select pick up for online- you do not have to have to ship if you choose retail.

I think the easiest for you would be to install the Square POS app on your iPhone or Android. Set up all your items with sales tax on your online dashboard and start selling. No monthly fees.
