Are you trying to schedule an appt from Dashboard or the Appointments app? @TheHandyman

Gotcha, I just tested scheduling an appointment on my demo account using the app but I'm not running into any trouble. 

Try any app troubleshooting? Did you select a service to add? If not, the Save button won't turn blue.  @TheHandyman
