Why are my item modifiers not showing on my Square Online store

When recently viewing my square online store, it appears none of my item modifiers are showing on the item page. When viewing the item modifiers in my dashboard, all the correct information seems to be entered and applied to my sale location, so why are they not populating on my website?

I see this is your first post and didn't want to miss the opportunity to welcome you to our Community!

Conversational modifiers are only used in the POS during in-person transactions, so if you have set them up that way, they will not appear online. 

If that is not the case, please share your website's URL with me here. I'll be happy to take a look! If only specific items/modifiers are affected, please let me know.

Hi there, previously all my custom tag" items had both list and text modifiers that allowed customers to make customizations to their items. No settings were changed on my end, however now only some items are showing the modifier while others are not (even though the modifier is still applied to the item). My website URL - https://pebblesandco.square.site/ and this applied to my custom tags.

When I take a look at this items, I am able to see the modifiers displaying. However, I check the dropdown list of modifiers and see they are out of stock. Is that the error that is occurring? If not, can you please provide screenshots of what you are seeing?

I have the opposite,  have modifiers on my online store but they dont appear in person when at an event on either terminal or handheld device
