It should work with the Square Register as this is an integration with your Square Account. If you follow @newlinecheckout's link it should show you how to install this on your Android tablet and integrate it successfully with your Square account.

Hi. I'm using bump for my sushi bar more than 6 month now. I paid full $228.00 per year.
But since Square released their kds system, I'm considering changing kds system.
Bump KDS didn't improve basic tings.
1. Bump Kds doesn't display customer's name, so there is un efficiency between chef and counter.
2. Bump Kds doesn't distinguish scheduled order, so if counter forgot to tell time, chef doesn't know
I wonder Bumb Kds even trying to improve their product.

Hi TheGoblin. Our product team has been having feedback calls with users the past few weeks to make sure we add improvements that will be helpful for everyone! We value your feedback.
The information you want to see isn't sent to us yet though it will show as soon as it is.
In the meantime, a workaround is to add name or time as an item note. To see this, turn on "enable item notes" in Bump Settings -> Preferences.

Hello. Thank you for the update. I was using your newest version recently. It is much better but I have some feedbacks.
1. Online schedule order time is not correct. Not even close. Hope you can fix this.
2. Hope Bump can show customer name instead order code
3. When we change order status from Progressing to Ready, automatically bump! on the screen.

in our configuration, we have need 2 screens for production and 1 screen for the pass, the problem is when we bump an order form 1 of the production screen, it disappear as well from the pass screen. Should be really good to have the option to bump an order only from one screen ate the time.

Hi @JonBrighton we support this workflow! ๐ What you probably need to do is to set on the productions screens with routing (to specific items or categories), this will allow you to bump the items in the productions and the pass (expeditor) will be able to see these tickets and bump it all together.

Infact, itโs the opposite, I need the production to bump an order and still appear at the pass. And at the moment, I canโt find
the way to setup this

I also would like an update on this. How are we supposed to know what table the food goes to? this makes absolutely no sense in the restaurant industry. I can't believe it was released without the table numbers integrated on the ticket.

Square is still working on adding customer names. We understand how important this information is for your team to see. A way to see name now is to add it as an item note in Square. In Bump Settings -> Preferences, you would need to turn on "enable item notes."

Hi it's been quite a while, now and still the order numbers on screen don't match with printed tickets... Surely this is easy enough? I have kds setup for coffee and food seperate but obvs for same order ticket, but can't match them... We do not want or have time to punch in addition info to notes section. When will this basic feature be working, not going to pay for program that doesn't function as it should.
