We have noticed that when someone joins loyalty via the QR code, it does not show within the activity page. The POS sign-up screen disappeared, so we gave them the QR code and recorded the time. Yet, nothing shows for that time.
From what I nave seen the
QR code loyalty sign-ups don’t always appear in the Activity feed the same way POS enrollments do.
What sometimes happens is:
What I would check is go to Dashboard/Customer Directory and search by the customers name or phone number and check to see if loyalty is attached to the customer.

Settings → Loyalty
Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to get her number. She paid with Cash App, but her name doesn't show in the customer directory either. Thankfully, it's a weekly market we go to, and she said she would be back. Looks like settings are all up to what they should be, but we are definitely gonna move away from the QR code for right now.
