โ๐ธ Share a pic of your booth set up! โ๐ธ
Let's share what our booth set up looks like when selling our products. Whether you are at a farmer's market, fair, festival, or trade show -- we want to see your set up!
I'd love to get some visual inspiration for how others are making things attractive to draw in new foot traffic and customers. Do you have a lot of shelving and display stands? What should we keep in mind with booth design so it is easy to set up and take down?
Can't wait to see your pics ๐ธ and get some tips!

Sounds like you were selected on the URL option. For anyone else that sees that, you should see an "upload" link on the top of the window that pops up - click on that and it will show the button to upload an image.

Hi Lauren- I absolutely love my booth set up for art festivals. My work is all done in heavy texture acrylic paint with a lot of depth to create thick sculptures on canvas. I use ProPanels for the walls and desk, and Trimline for the tent.

I'm just starting out - I do art/craft shows. With the different sizes allowed there are different arrangements. I'm still trying to improve on it. (i tried to upload photos - but not sure how to ) - added photos as reply to this.

This is our large set up. We use this one once a year for the Renaissance Festival at our local farmers market. We have five, five foot tables. All shelving units are hand crafted. The earring racks fold flat and hang in our trailer when not in use. The necklace display takes two people to move, it does not fold or collapse. Our name and logo are on our trailer.

We just finished our biggest show of the year and we are in an area that is setup like a Christmas village. The show paints the outside and we are responsible for decorating. We do the windows and doors, this year we added a selfie area with snowmen and a wreath with our name in the middle so every photo that people take and post on social media our name is present. It was a big hit, sometimes we had a line of people waiting to take photos. Photos below and a photo of us and our hard working crew.

I hope this is ok with you ๐ซถ I am actually a retail furniture store. But hoping Feb 1st opening 2nd store and it is filled with booths from vendors all like these! I absolutely love it and I have pictures of just starting to set up and get things in and decorated. Any help or suggestions would be awesome! This was just day 1 of moving in we've come along ways now.

My first business is 12 sq ft of new furniture and then I added 10 booths in the back for vendors to do uncycled, vintage, shabby, industrial metal, and decor everywhere! It took off like crazy for a good year and a smaller building opened up 3 doors down I thought about it for about 15 minutes and said why not? My husband said why would you!!!! ๐ the guy who owns the building is amazing no lease month to month for a year and then we can go from there. We did a good old handshake agreement and he helped everyone carry in stuff bought lunch and I am really excited and amazed at all the talent and time you all put into your work and dedication! Congrats to you all and they all are gorgeous!
