I've been trying to get to work for a few months now with no success. I've also searched the boards, and I haven't found anyone else running into this. I'm pretty tech/web savvy, but I just can't figure this out.
I've fully set up the sync between Square and FB. The Pixel is set up. I've undone and redone numerous times, and none of my items are being brought over. Same goes for Etsy. Have connected and unconnected a few times - nothing synced over.
1. Is it because I'm missing data/information in my items? I filled every single box in on a few, as a test. It was unsuccessful.
2. Do I need a paid account with Square in order to sync?
3. What on earth am I missing? I feel like I've tried everything. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
