I have been using Square POS for almost 7 years now and I love it. I recently had a customer ask to have something billed/delivered on a regular basis. I asked my dog groomer (since she is also a Square user, and she had me set up for monthly appointments for my dog)how she did it. Square Appointments, she said. So now I also have Square Appointments. But now there are 2 "Apps" on my IPad. Is there not a way that the Square Appointments will pop into the Square POS? Did that make sense? My fear is, since this appointment that I have made of the customer is only once a quarter, I will forget to log into the actual Square Appointments App to see that it is time to deliver her requested item. Or can I get somehow get the Appointments to pop into the Square POS?
Do you use Appointments regularly or did you download it just for this?
It seems like a different course of action might be better if you downloaded Appointments just for this customer.
Another option might be to set up a Plan or Subscription. You can customize the billing period to what suits your needs.

Yes I downloaded just for this customer. I already subscribe to the premium plan with Square online.
No I mean do you have the ability to 'Create a Plan' for your clients so you don't have to have a special Subscription just for this client. Does that make sense?
