pricing by weight
I have an online store set up through Sqaureup selling items by weight, the prices are per 100grams. Eg Walnuts £1.80 per 100g
For the online store I can weigh per 100grams and add a quatity of 1 to the cart, that is no problem, but instore clients come to the till with any weight, how do amend the store so I can select eg 0.35 of a quantity or do I have to change all the prices to per gram?

You'd need to set up product variations for that so you can specify a weight and price for different weight amounts. I recommend doing it in 5 or 10 gram increments just so there are less variations for you and your customers to contend with.
