Shipping Receipt 'shipped via null'

In our shipping receipts and the emails send to customers, the shipment tracking numbers aren't being included and on the orders page it simply says 'shipped via null'

Are we doing something wrong?

Hi @PeterW. How do you create your shipping labels? Are they made within your Weebly store? Or do you create the labels through a third party and then mark as shipped?

Hi Bernadette,

We just process everything manually at this stage. When we mark the order as shipped we put in the tracking code etc.

Is it okay if I make a test order? I'll have to make a one-time coupon and will leave a note on the order that it is a test order.

Hi @PeterW I just received a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number included. The next time you mark an order as shipped, can you please take a screenshot of how you are entering the information and then send it to me via private message?
