changing theme

I seem to have a site that is set up one way, but by searching through different themes it has decided to save in a different lay out.

Since I went through and cut and paste so much, I obviously don't want the lay out/theme it is being saved as. How do I make sure it is being saved in it's orginial format?

I'm not sure what you mean by saving in its original format, @krishic11. Could you elaborate a little more on what you've done with your site, and what you want to happen?
