How to CSS code to change the Button Color/shape in my website?

Can someone here to help me how to CSS code to change the Button Color/shape in my website? I am looking for a rectangle shape and with the blue color. Thank you in advance for any advise and help .

Note: currently i am using Lucent theme for my website and button style came with the lucent theme for site and form is looks very plain.

@KelvinChung:  The app is only $5.  If you can't spend that then: 1. Stay with where you are 2. Learn CSS/html and find code 3. Learn to tweak weebly 4. Make an image of the button and stick it with a link.
