How do I Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
I am looking for help on my pagespeed errors - Remove render-blocking JavaScript: anc CSS Above the fold.
I can't figure out how to fix this in Weebly. I do see that one responce was "all sites will have this" so I tested it....and most did not. Is there a way to fix this in Weebly??
Also have error Minify JavaScript
Speed is slow and I need to fix it.
Thanks

Hello BSMITH!
This may be something our Community can help with further, though it would likely require some code customization. Where have you noticed slowdowns?

I am getting these same issues on my other sites as well.
* All my pictures are compressed to150ppi....so could it be the themes?
* All of the "remove render-blocking Java-script" are noted as "fonts.googleapis" or "editmysite"
* My minifying JavaScripts are in theme files
SO how do I fix these to improve my page speed and improve both my desktop and mobile performance?
I have NO HTML background, just what I have read on H1,H2,H3.
I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide. Everything I've read here in the community states these issues can not be corrected, which I find hard to believe - why would weebly these known issue which can't be resolve?
Thank you Very Much!!

I'm no SEO expert myself, but some of these things are indeed part of the themes and build process. Some of it is simply a matter of balancing between load time and content on the site itself.
