trying to upload images to the assets image file

Every time i go to upload an image to the css assets image file, it says Uploading, the blue bar goes all the way to the right, but it never uploads and it stays 0/1

Actually, I got it to work in firefox, but it wont work in Google Chrome.

Can you try clearing your cache in Google or try opening an incognito window?
