some pictures on my website builder in the header don't load anymore. What can I do to solve?

I checked your website in the site editor and couldn't find any pages where the header image did not load. Are you still seeing that, and if so, what page are you seeing that with?

of course you didn't see anything anymore. 

After waiting for an answer for so long and searching for houres and because I needed to update the website for new things I replaced all the black items ( 21 ). I was afraid to publish new Items with these missing and having lost the old ones. Once again it took me at least 2 hour. 2 hours I could not use for other things, for my real work. I am not a computer specialist. That is why I use Weebly. 

I remember in the past their was a fast chat function for problems like this. It is not OK to wait for so long. 

So please can you explain what the problem could have been? And what I cab do next time?

Hi Agnes. Merry Christmas to you. Is there a specific page you are referring to? Was the problem occurring on desktop and mobile, or one or the other?
