Hello,
I noticed my site was not labeled secure anymore, so I re-toggled the SSL enablement switch (it had said it was enabled), and now the SSL status is stuck on " SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later." for a few days. I've seen the issue reported a few times by other site owners, with either an easy solution on the Weebly backend or an investigation in to DNS config having to do with third-party domain registration (mine is Register.com). Not sure why SSL should be an issue when it had been secure up until recently. Perhaps an add-on app to my site (I added 'H1 Tag' and 'Back to Top' recently)?
