"Click to set custom HTML"

After choosing "Embed code", tapping "Click to set custom HTML" cannot proceed to allow video code pasting. It is non-functional and people cannot use it to edit or paste. Does anyone know why is it inoperative?

If you switch to a different browser does it let you paste in your code?
