Hello @barbh !
When you add an image to an Image element, you will then see a little blue square on the bottom right corner of the image, on which you can click and drag to resize. Additionally, when you click on the image, you'll see an Edit Image button in the window that pops up. Click there and you'll see additional editing options, and you'll have the ability to click and drag on edges of the image to resize as well.
