no site on the dashboard

We have a big problem.
Our sites are still online but we no longer know how to access the dashboard.
Everything seems to have disappeared. We arrive on the start page to create a site.
We are a school and we urgently need to be able to modify our site.

Thanks for your post, @BenDB. Can you follow the steps to create a new site, then once you are in the website editor exit and log out. Once logged out, log back in and let me know if you don't see your dashboard with your sites.

Hello, I performed the operations but my sites still do not appear in my dashboard.
The site I just created on my account is called oupeye.weebly.com but all the others are still not there.

It looks like you're logged in with the wrong email address, @BenDB. Try using a different email address you own. If you aren't sure what that is, log out of the account you are in now and submit a request to our support team with our Account Recovery form and they can help.
