header not displayed when PDF printed and for googlebot

I have the following problem: the mobile and desktop version of my homepage work well. however, I got to know that some people were not able to see the headers, but saw a blank white space instead. When I used the googlebot in google analytics, the headers were also not displayed in the screenshots. the same happens when I PDF-print pages of the homepage. It would be great to know whether anyone has experienced that problem and can possibly provide a fix.

no, it's just the images. Is that usually happening? It looks like that:

For the print to PDF aspect, it looks like you may have "Background Graphics" unchecked in the printing options, which would normally have that effect.

yes, you were right about the PDF printing. I'll just wait and see whether someone will report on the blank space issue on their computer, again, then maybe it's really an individual settings problem. Thank you for checking!
