error message when trying to create a new site with weebly domain name

I recently purchased my business domain name through Weebly as I already have a subscription. Currently, it is only available as a subdomain of another site. when I try to create a new site for the domain name (a .com name) I am repeatedly met with an 'error-try again' message. It's infuriating. Help please?

Hi @thumpelina Is the domain name already attached to another Weebly site? Can you please verify the domain name so I can look into this? Thanks!
