change page name color in nav menu of responsive theme

hello! looking for some help changing the colors of my page names in the navigation bar. Would ideally love for the menu on transparant bar #ff9900 and on the white #000099... I used to be able to guess really well, but now I'm at a loss.

hey.... u need to tell the community the theme u r using.   html edits are not handled by Weebly admin..   and we, unlike them, cannot get into ur site.... on  each theme, the coding is, though mostly the same,   it wil never be on  the same lines  in the html editor

and supply screen shots  where possible on all queries
