automatic scrolling issues

Hi guys,

I've been building my weebly website but just noticed that when my pages load they start to automatically scroll upwards.

In addition, there is also a huge blank white space above my home page which I can't figure out how to get rid of. 

Can anyone help me out with this please

I haven't yet published it yet. And it happens on a number of different devices I have used!

That definitely looks unusual. And just to be sure, that space still appears when the header code is removed?
