Wow Slider

I have been trying for many hours to insert a Wow slider into my website.  I have followed theinstructions given by Wow and all is fine until I reach the following statement:  Find the 'Files' header and click 'Add new.  I cannot find that header anywhere.  I am sure someone has done it all quite easily and would be grateful if you could share your expertise.  Thank you

Oh dear, I've been taken in then because WOW has some  pages which specifically say How to add a Wow slider to weebly. They do a testimonial  widget too and I have seen good reports of that being used in weebly.  Looks like it is back to the drawing board then. Thanks

@hstisbury if you got that from the app center then it should work.  If you picked it up from internet then you are on your own

Yes I trawled the internet trying to find a slider which gave me all the things I wanted together  with being free (the society I do it for are reluctant to shell out any money) and also easy. Well Wow ticked all those boxes until I came to the final hurdle. Disappointed but will have to put it down to experience I guess. I have used the weebly ones so many times and they are not very inspiring anyway. Thanks for your words of wisdom.
