Why is there only a 'Read more break' on the Blog pages?
I would like to use the Read More break on my Weebly website, but it seems that this option is only available on blog pages. Or am I missing something?

yes, the read more break is only on blog pages. ur main blog page is like the feeder page for all ur posts... the title, and any text and images above the read more break are linked autonatically to the blog post... and is give a url urwebsitename/blog/post-name"
if u want a read more break on a non blog page, manually create it.... drag a section to ur page, add a title, image and some text and link it to the post ..... which will be along the lines of... urwebsitename/page-name.html
Each time u have a new story/post, copy the section and edit the text and images and edit the links to point to the new post. then your feeder page will have conformity
i do it that way . as well as using the read more break option

I'm not doing a blog site, I'm doing a portfolio site and it would only be for the mobile version, because I don't want to have a screen filled with only text... Making different pages just seems to make it complicated, in case someone wants to send a link of a specific page for example.

You might want to check out the "Hide" app, @mvdb:
https://www.weebly.com/app-center/hide
With that app you can set content to only show on specific screen sizes.

Hey Adam,
Yes I really like that app - but I don't see how that can get me a Read More break without making extra pages?...

Right, it wouldn't get around that; I was mostly thinking of how you can use that to control what you see on what screen size.

Yes, that Hide app is very handy (even though the 'Extra Small' screen size isn't that small 🙂 )
