Sorry about that, @Abemis. Our engineers are working to fix that so your video will encode. Hopefully they should have that resolved shortly.
Edit: The above issue was resolved. If you are still having trouble encoding a video, try converting the video to a different format and uploading again. You can do that using free video software like Handbrake. One thing to note when encoding videos, sometimes it will not actually re-encode and will simply change container type. Without getting too technical, it's like cooking a meal and putting it in a different container rather than taking what you cooked and making a new meal with it. If you re-encode your video and find it's done really fast, it may have done that. In that case, try a different format and start the encoding again.

Hi Ok thanks, It's still not encoding but I will wait another hour and try again.
Just fyi, I haven't changed anything in my MP4 encoding (same as always VBR10-2Mbps), and it's worked fine for a month or more till now. Hope you can figure it out soon everybody's waiting (Leidos Inc, Lamborghini, AMventures, TARDEC, DARPA, SpaceX even, so yes, it's getting pretty urgent .

Our engineers have fixed the root issue and we're now processing through all the videos that are queued up to encode. It will take time to do this and they will be processed in the order that they were uploaded. I would not recommend uploading another video since it will just get added to the end of the queue.

I am having the same issue as well. My videos just keep encoding in a queue for a long time now.

Thanks for posting, @Chima and @heatherJM. Try re-encoding your video files in different formats and uploading those.

I'm having the same issue. The video itself doesn't take long to upload but "the video is in the encoding queue" is the only thing I've seen for hours. This is a paid service and has to be fixed.

Having the same issue. For a paid service, we should be able to upload a video and have it available to view right away. This needs to be fixed!

Adam, we're getting the same '2-3 hour encoding queue' issues.
We're a premium, paid up, primary/elementary school trying to upload videos for student learning under isolation during the COVID19 pandemic.
Any help at getting us up and going as soon as possible would be appreciated as we have many isolated children in remote parts of southern Australia not able to access their school work today.
Thanks, Josh

Requiring urgent assistance please. Video encoding queue errors are causing significant organisational disruption. Premium fee paid, premium support required.

Nothing is working. My videos have been in the encoding queue for hours on multiple days and nothing works. When will this be resolved? It's very frustrating!

I'm sorry for the frustration. The engineers have identified the issue and have deployed a fix as of last night. Can you all please check and let us know if you are still having an issue with uploading your videos?
