When adding anew row of (same type) elements the outlining changes

When I go back to a page to add a new row, like myy ebent page ofr another page, I do encounter the same problem, already for a year now.

See below the screen shots on how the modules act:

imageimage

First i got advised by CS to migrate my site to a new theme as suddenly the previous one was not supported anymore. This costed me a lot of time as I had to check evry single page to be sure the migration did not alter the layout.

Then again the problem appeared and CS told me:

- The pictures are not of the same size. Wrong: I use canva and have standard size pictures.

- Then I got someone to actually understand that this has nothing to do with any size of any picture as Weebly use modules that you place on a page and a picture or text is limited to the module's size.

So the CS rep whent to someone to get a better answer. Then came back to tell me that it was all my fault and ended the conversation.

Clearly the CS rep got overruled by someone.

==> PROBLEM NOT SOLVED !!!!!!!

I'm a paying customer and I demand a solution that works!!!!!!!!

I already complained befor about this, including the unapropreate CS behavior: no responce.

I coud chose to go public and start smeering weebly on social media. I wonder what good that would do to weebly.

You have 24 Hours to come back to me with a working solution!

It's possible the default size of an image used together with a text element changed at some point, so newer images added will use the new size. There wouldn't really be a way to force them all to a specific size except through some CSS overrides, though.

Hmm... You should be able to click on the image, then click the small blue square on the bottom right to reduce or grow the size of the image (this only shows after you've uploaded an image).

Oh! One other thing you could try to make your older images match the new ones is to drag the image element out of the image+text element, then drag the image back.

You clearly never used weebly yourself.

resizing imageds is limited by the frame.

The whole problem, if you would look at the 2 screenshot I included, is that the frames do not match the intial frames.

And bothe newly added frames and the existing frames do not respond the same way when resizing them.

Thsi has nothing to do with images, it's modular and modules can be resized.

it's a glitch, a bug in the software that has been there for 2 years now, even after creating new templates.

have it fixed!!!!!
