What the hell is "Rats! WebGL hit a snag."?

can anybody tell me why this yellow top banner is starting to show on a specific page of my website editor? it is very irritating. it keeps popping up by itself every 2 seconds! it tells me to reload, but reloading does not do anything good. any help is much appeciated. thx
