What's the best way to make sure LOGO is displayed

when entering links on social media, messenger, imessage, whatsapp, etc, when sharing a link to our site?  

I've tried shown as logo on the template but that doesn't help.   Unless I'm doing something wrong, only when I use the logo as the first image on a site, it's picked up as the main photo.  (I did use FB debug tool, but it was picking up two images and selecting the wrong one--the icon of a sister site that I had in the footer).  I was experiencing the same with messenger and iMessage.

I read that Wordpress has an option to upload the photo we want to be displayed with our links on the SEO area.  Weebly doesn't seem to have this option.

Any help would be appreciated.  I just need that the same picture or logo be used in any link to my websites.  Thanks

The site logo image is probably too small to fit Facebook's criteria. Try adding your logo as a regular image to the footer of your site (that way it's on all the pages). As long as it's at least 200 pixels by 200 pixels, Facebook should use it with shares.
