SOLVED! At least for adding favicons.
I tried several times to add a favicon to my website. I clicked the "+" beside Assets and selected New Folder. I named the folder "favicon" (no quote marks) and clicked Save (per instructions). Nothing. When I went back into Assets, the folder was gone. Tried this three times to no avail.
I finally figured out that HTML/CSS won't save an empty folder. I uploaded the files I wanted into the favicon folder, THEN clicked save and the folder with all the desired files was there.

Yup...it does not work. However, the work around is to hit the 'save' and totally get out of the editor and edit the site. The save button does save your work, it just does not bring you back to the editor. It is pain, but what can you do?

There's no save button! (It saves automatically) Just a publish. ;( So frustrated. Can't use IE on iOS without jumping through hoops. My html box doesn't let me past. SO frustrated.

I just edited a theme on a test site in Chrome and didn't have any trouble clicking the save button. What kind of changes are you making when editing the theme?

I can't even access the editor. I get a blank page. Pages tab shows no pages, no other tabs work. Tried to use my tablet, that doesn't work either.

What device and browser are you trying to edit with, @BAB? If you're using an Android device, try editing with our Android app instead.

Hi Adam,
Tried it before on Ubuntu, Firefox.
Right now on Windows 10, Save button updates the preview. Cancel does nothing. Sometimes clicking Save, does not apply the changes, the code goes back to before. But when checking with another browser like Opera, the changes were applied.
All in all, needs more testing, as this could cause site to break.
