Website title and page titles are not displaying.

Hi All,

The website title for my weebly (https://cricket20160063.weebly.com) and page titles are not displaying. I have the settings set to display the titles and the titles are appearing in the site editor just fine but when I publish and view my page, they do not appear. I am currently using the Journey theme (portfolio) if that helps.
