Website not working in Internet Explorer browser

Our Weebly website works perfect in Chrome, but not in IE. Links are not working. Anyone know why this is? TIA.

Hey there! Just to cover a few bases, is your browser up to date? Internet Explorer itself has been discontinued and replaced with Microsoft Edge, though most of us still say IE (old habits.) If it is, are there particular links that aren't working, or is it all of them throughout the site?

The checkout function does not work for my customers with Microsoft Edge.

@Adam I'm also having troubles with my site displaying and checkout with a Microsoft browser on PC. And, I can't find the Apps section to see if there are any apps to uninstall. Any ideas?

Thanks!

hi @Bernadette  my site name is joypsa.com and i'm using chrome for working on the site. the site appears great on chrome and firefox as well as chrome and safari on the iphone, but my friend who has a microsoft browser (and PC) tried to access the site and, while content appear, the layouts were totally broken and the logo appeared to be oddly sticky on the page. thanks for your help!

Hmmm. Do you happen to know if your friend is using Internet Explorer or Edge? I'm pretty sure all versions of internet explorer are obsolete, but the newest versions of Edge should work.

The formatting issue you are describing sounds like a a laggy internet connection or a cache/cookie error. This actually happens to me from time to time on my home computer when I try to access my bank website. Can you ask your friend to try to do a hard refresh (ctl+F5) or try opening a private window. https://refreshyourcache.com/en/cache/

Try disabling the apps and republish.  The dockvine app was at fault in my case.  I didnt install dockvine.  It magically appeared.
