WebGL not loading for 3D model

Hi All,

Im trying to embed a 3D model on my weebly site. The 3D software generates the embed code automatically (below) and mentions it should work so long as the website allows WebGL content.

DO i need to add anything else to the code to allow the model to load properly? All i get is a grey box with nothing in at the moment.

The code generated is -

<iframe src="https://model.rovinnovations.com/Ancient%20Corinth/App/?scene=Ancient_Corinth&cX=13.1720&cY=-25.4251..." width="700" height="525" frameborder="0" style="border:0" allowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen="true" webkitallowfullscreen="true" onmousewheel=""></iframe>

Any ideas at all?

Cheers,

Michael

HI Michael. Thanks for reaching out. Sometimes embedded code does not show up in the editor, but will work on the live site. Have you had a chance to see if it is visible after publishing the site?

Thanks for the reply Bernadette.

Ive published the site and the embedded code still doesnt work. Ive tried on a few browsers as well in case it was a browser issue...

Cheers,

Michael

Weebly employees are not able to troubleshoot third party code, but it's possible the code is not compatible. Can you post a link to the page with the embedded code? We have a few users on here that may be able to guide you in the right direction.

Thanks Bernadette.

A link to a test page on our website is here - https://www.underwaterinspections.com.au/test.html

The html embed code that the 3D modelling software uses is -

<iframe src="https://model.rovinnovations.com/SEQWaterBoI4b6B4n3FUqpG/Greenbank%20Reservoirs/Reservoir_1_Greenban..." width="700" height="525" frameborder="0" style="border:0" allowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen="true" webkitallowfullscreen="true" onmousewheel=""></iframe>

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Cheers,

Michael

I see a javascript error on that page, but I'm not sure if the issue is our server configuration or something on the other end. Can you contact the provider of that embed code and ask them to take a look?

Thanks Adam,

Apparently it works as an embed code on other platforms and they havent had any issues with it...

I know next to nothing about code so what would be involved in fixing the javascript error?

Cheers,
