WebGL embedding issues

Good afternoon,

I am trying to upload a WebGL test game to my website, but information related to the game will not upload. It appears that there is either a cap to the upload allotment or Weebly just does not allow me to upload this information. Can I get some assistance?

I am currently using the Starter Plan.

Hi @crisosphinx How are you adding the content? Do you have specific instructions that were provided to you by the third party?

I was adding content through the, albeit slightly laggy and buggy, "Edit HMTL/CSS" interface. I have a file that reaches over 120 mb and a few files that are just a few kb (1-20 kb). I am more or less learning how to upload my own personal project, not something handed over by a third-party. Unfortunately, I am having intense difficulty trying to load my project in.

Sorry for the delay! I didn't think of this at first, but I wonder if the limit is affected by your plan. If you are on a Starter plan the limit for file uploads to the editor is 100mb. I have never tested this in the html/css area, but it's possible the file is just too large. Is that the only file that won't upload?

You're fine. I resolved my issue by embedding the project from an AWS server. Not the wanted result (as I wish I could have had FTP access and / or a repository of a sort here to store a game project and host it). I am on the Starter Plan, so the upload size is definitely an issue... I have one file that is 800 Mb. This is the content pack that contains the majority of information (3d graphics, textures, rigs, assets, etc.).

Is there any way to access my account with FTP, anyways? The websites interface for HTML and CSS editing is a little difficult to navigate and use. I understand themes can be downloaded and edited elsewhere, but what if we wanted to upload our own?

We don't provide FTP access, so the only way to upload files is through the site builder or theme editor. We also provide a theme upload option if you want to use a custom theme that you built outside of Weebly, although that wouldn't really help with your issue since it's the size of the file.
