Wanting to downgrade from Pro to Starter

Hi, I recently  "upgraded" my site, thinking doing so, would give me a more modern website. I'm using an old legacy template and it doesnt work on my samsung A20 and many of my customers are unable to use my site on their phones also. Im loosing sales because of it. So I thought that the "upgrade" would fix the issue. Nope. So I wish to downgrade back to the starter as I didnt get the remedy I was hoping for. (I imagine I will have to chuck the website in the bin and start from square one  ).  My url is https://www.mensesense.com.au/

@JudithH I believe the Starter plan was eliminated shortly after Square acquired Weebly. That was a pity since those of us who are code-proficient were able to pay a little less with the Starter plan and manually code Pro-level components or their equivalents. So, the short answer to your question is that you'll need to stick with the Pro version (the cheapo deluxo Personal plan allows you to connect a custom domain to your site but does not remove the "Powered by Weebly" footer advertising and is thus not suitable for professional business purposes).

Perhaps you can expand on what problem you were having that is not solved by the upgrade to the Pro plan. If possible provide a link to the affected site page(s) so that we can see what's going wrong.
