Video playback problem - urgent

Hi, 

I have a pro account and have put a 50MB (MP4) video on my website, using the HD element. 

But when I view the video on my website, there are huge playback issues. It is pauzing all the time. 

I urgently need this issue to be fixed. Here's the link to my webpage with video:

Thanks a lot for trying and letting me know!

For me it's also working well now.  My colleague is still having difficulties when viewing from her laptop, but maybe she needs to clear her cookies?
